To design and deliver a 2 day accelerated decision making event to enable senior executives at a leading Chemical Company to determine the future strategy for their global finance function.
Solution
Held first in London, and then followed up with a further event in Frankfurt, we provided a structured decision making experience for over 60 executives. The teams were required to analyse strategic options for utilizing shared services and the impact on the wider function and business.
